Lakshmi (Lakshmi D. Dove)

Since approximately 1997, Lakshmi has been helping her parents, William and Irene Dove, in both office and hands-on activities with the cows and land. She is now ISCOWP’s chief operating officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Lakshmi has an Associate Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She enjoys making sure ISCOWP runs properly and efficiently and is able to complete its mission.

She is the mother of Balaji (14 years old) and Bhima (7 1/2 years old), who both contribute to the everyday field activities and the development of video footage for ISCOWP’s social media/online presence. As a photography lover, Lakshmi contributes to publishing ISCOWP’s social media posts.
